I don't mind it.
The tossle cap is the best Scout hat so it's a so/so craft.

Any FPS differences? I'm currently using the no-phong pack.
I just had the SUDDEN URGE to craft enough metal to craft a heavy specific hat,
since i lost my towering pillar to my earlier decision to craft it with my batter's helm.
But then i realized how many of my weapons were random leveled, and i decided to wait, as valve will most likely not make weapons random leveled again.
It is sad day to be giant man, as he is forced to fall back to the gibus. :saddowns:

I actually thinks it's his best hat. I don't like the helmets and I'm also not really a fan of the whoopee cap. The baker boy and hatless are the second favourite for me.

Whoopee cap is regarded as low tier by most of the community. I had it and I crafted it from my baker boy and base ball bill. Its not that good and most regard the baker boy as high tier now. Good luck still.

However once I found out it's origins, how it was a thing veey popular among kids back in the 20-30's, how it was often made from old Fedoras their fathers no longer used, and how it was quite a status symbol...

It was too goofy for me. It was nice to show off, the decorations were nice but it seemed a tad bit too goofy for me.
