All of the actual sappers there are really, REALLY generic ideas that have been had a bajillion times in some shape or form, and I'm pretty sure humbug stated a lot of the stats on the site are nabbed form SPUF and other such boards.
Plus the spy items have been on there for like a year now lol

I disagree. 4 seconds is enough for your team to waltz in and blow up the whole sentry nest while Engineers without wrangler could only stare helplessly how their buildings get wrecked with the help of a class who is supposed to be countered by sentries the most. It'd make more sense if the arm disappeared/deactivated when shot so Scouts need to throw it in some clever place or when Engineer isn't around, otherwise it'd be unfair to Engies.
I do like the Wanga Prick idea quite a lot, even though you'd always be forced to finish off enemies with your revolver.

Nah, a rifle that doesn't headshot still can kill 5 classes outright and leave quite crippled 3 more.
Well, I wouldn't like getting spychecked by a guy who I just backstabbed.
Looks nice being put like this, just stab everyone pushing the cart without anyone noticing, but in practice it would just make them turn around, one by one.
And in the end, you wouldn't kill or help kill anyone.

You would be able to stab a medic without altering the patient much, retreat to a distance, and finish him off with the revolver. You could also backstab an Engie standing close to his sentry, sap his sentry, then finish him off with the revolver.

But yeah, it would have to be silent and hard to notice and hear for it to be of any use at all.
I hate that this is the best I can come up with.

I mean... just... everything I do takes forever, and by the time I get far enough into it, I don't want to go further because it just fails to be what I was trying to do.
Well, granted I just made the texture in 5 minutes to see how the hood looked as something other than a gray mess, but even a professional-looking texture wouldn't make it better.
