My friend and I just tried a method to get "Gored!" (that was admittedly cheap) that we read here. I think Valve patched it, because the HHH can instantly kill you even when you have near infinite health. Any new methods devised yet?

I've heard that melee'ing him while he's doing the death animation nets you it.

Hit him once and hide. You only have to hit him once while he's alive and then not die.
I wish crafting the axe would also change your demoman model when you equip the axe to the same one as the boss, would be cool to have a minimized version of him chargin' around :C
I guess but it's too confusing, I already mistaked a guy wearing the 2 items as him once before

Thank god they fixed the spectator present bug, FOUR GOD DAMN TIMES has a present been stolen right in front of my face. Sometimes after some rocket jumping or bypassing a few sentries, only to get as close as humanly possible to it, thinking I got it, and find out a dickbag in spec got it.
Finally they fixed the crash for Mac, I can play the update now!

Gifts can still spawn outside of the map.
I use the chargin targe to get the gifts. It feels good.

There is a hack which allows you to see where next gift box respawns.

It's just a material hack, I'm the author of it. It's just about as detectable as any other skin you might install on your TF2.

It's a skin, only works on sv_pure 0.
