My favorite to listen to when I dominate people is scout, but I think I like the Soldier's personality the best. I love the whole team. If I was a better demoman/liked his playstyle more I'm sure I'd pick him as one, too.

Sniper because he is in the cultured category alongside the spy and the engineer but he has a lot of lines that make me smile.
