I hate max's head. It's the worst hat in the entire game imo. I also dislike bill's hat especially painted team spirit or white.
Out of the non richfag hats I dislike:
Batter's helm - plain ugly
Backwards ballcap
Infernal impaler - why does this hat even exist
Handyman's handle - why why why
Nanobalaclava - nobody likes it
Any halloween skull - looks extremely douchey and "omg skuls r so kool"

My favourite hat for demo, but god damnit, they need to fix it. With good texture it will be awesome
I hate the Backwards Ballcap
It has the worst clipping of any hat and it's never been fixed
I also hate the Charmer's Cheapeau, Toque, Jumper's Jeepcap
But the hats I hate the most are the Steel Toe, the Prancer's Pride, the Dixie, and the Handymans Handle
but especially the fucking steel toe

(actually, now that i think about it. it could be a picture that says a lot. baseball helm and soccer shoes to show that he's sporty, fast learner undershirt to show that he's smart i guess lol, and all painted pink to show that he has a feminine side)
either that or its just a bunch of random shit put together to make snipers see you from all the way across the map.
I personally find that almost all hats can be made to look better partnered with miscs and paint that look good. I personally hate the Stout Shako, but paired up with the Kringle Collection, it looks tons better.

Tossle Cap and Procedure Mask. Overpriced and overrated as hell.
I also can't stand Demos who wear the Reggaelator. Not only it is ugly as fuck, but I swear, every demo I have seen who wears it is a stickybomb spamming whore.

It's actually a touching story.
It all started with my [url=http://tf2b.com/tf2/item/stoffystofstofberg/241405125]Batter's Helmet[/url] that was meant as a joke. After a while of searching for Essential Accessories, I decided they were too expensive and I just went with a pair of Ball-Kicking Boots. Painted them pink the next day to match the hat. For a while I looked like [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JFXfoF_B0hM]this[/url], but to finish the set off I decided to go with a Fast-Learner, despite its sour-sweet reputation in the Team Fortress 2 community. Painted it pink to match the rest.
tl;dr: My Batter's Helmet started as a joke, but the colors grew on me. I will never have a non-pink Scout because of that hat.

The joke got stale after a while, but I still like it.
Sure, Operator's Overalls might fit better, but this hat is MINE.
I dropped it during a match of Mann Manor right when that map came out and it's been on atleast one Engie loadout since.

Most unusuals are ugly. Till last month I didnt even know unusuals existed. I thought whenever I saw one that they were just a regular hat that looked weird.
And can't stand how the earbuds are so overpriced. And not only that, max head, bills etc all overpriced. Most of those items are even ugly.
