What hats make your character a BIGGER headshot target, by the way? The ketche would if the spy wouldn't be sneaking on your flank. Then there's The Hat Of Undeniable Wealth And Respect that has the sole purpose of growing your E-Peen and making your craniun a MASSIVE target, like a red light with a sign saying "KILL ME. FAST!"

The Hero's Tail kind of gets me because it feels like it's very different in style to all the other hair in the game. Sort of like it's a little [i]too[/i] detailed. As much as people seem to despise the Battle Bob, the texture for it seems a lot closer to the rest of the game.
Outside of that? I can't really say I [i]hate[/i] any of the aesthetic items, they're just not my thing.
I like the Tosslecap, but I do think it's somewhat unfitting the time period of TF2.
I'm also starting to get the kind of attitude towards it that most people have against the Team Captain, it's a neat hat, but it's way over-used.

I have a flies tossle but I never wear it for that exact reason.
I despise pretty much the most majority of all hats and miscs and weapons.
There are a handful of awesome ones though, mostly the stuff back from the original Class Updates, stock weapons, then some recent items from here and there like Cow-Mangler or Phlogistinator,
and there's even a one cool Promo item if painted, named and described (The Magicka hood)
Other than that, TF2 is full of crap items imo.

But if you think about it, that's kinda a good thing.
The hat may be massive, but the hitboxes stay the same.
You could get a Sniper putting holes in your hat but missing your precious skull entirely.

I don't dispise any hats but here are some that I dislike a bit:
Whoopee Cap, Brain Bucket, all of the 'pyro puts some random shit on his head' hats, some promo hats that don't really fit like the triclops, mask of the shaman or the bolgan.
I don't dislike the holiday headcase and the per diem hats for some reason, maybe because it's stupid to dislike something that you have never seen ingame.

I really like the Whoopee Cap for some reason. I suppose it fits the era, the stereotype, not-so-much the personality, but it looks good, simple, and stylish.

I like these two. Even though the whole pirate thing for Demo is a bit too silly, Neo's pirate hat is in my opinion still the best one... I especially love how it comes with matching earrings :v:
