What are some hats/miscs that you despise with a passion?

Isn't that what it is now?

I genuinely hate this hat (and the other two hattier variants) on every class. Even Spy.
It's just so...gray and ugly. None of the classes look like they'd actually wear it, and it only exists as a nod to a silly hidden comic.
I remember, when trading wasn't here yet, that pretty much everbody who crafted hats wanted to get this hat.
This is the worst thing ever.

What's so bad about the trine hat?

I personally don't think it's bad, just silly.
It kinda makes the Heavy look like he's pretending to be a torpedo or something.

"The Aimbot Aid"
doesn't help that it looks like it's selfillum with that paintjob
Paint the cowl black = Gimp mask
Then go around and have a friend smack you with the Whip

Paint it lime, get a Dr. Whoa.
Bam, you're now the Mask.

Or you could paint it a non-shit colour, such as indubitably green.

Actually, I got into one server and one Spy was wearing that painted hat, with the name and descrption:
"I've been a bad boy..."
"I need my punishment"
The next hour or so was me whiping him the entire round, even if that meant blowing each other up. which happened all the time.
ON TOPIC:
The Pyromania Cosmetic Items that force you to go to Pyroland (with the exception of the goggles)
I know that they are meant to only be seen in the delusional mind of our favorite pyromaniac, but I got so used to playing on deserts that seeing any brighter colors make my eyes burn.

They should all have a separate style that turns off Pyrovision.

Pretty sure they added a way to disable pyrovision in advanced options.
I don't like the majority of Pyro hats/miscs.
None of them fit with the theme of him being a pyromaniac, they're either ~cute~ or randumb (I guess the HazMat headcase is okay, but having to paint it to get it to match his suit is a bit offputting). I just wish they would let you wear the pyro Halloween items all year round.

Looking at the colors again Indubitably Green actually works better.

Hmm, if the Cowl wasn't a hat, I'd say get a Gold Chapeau too.
Oh, and instead of a Dr. Whoa, use the Business Casual.

The Flamenco is neither cute nor randumb yet it doesn't really have anything to do with the pyro.

This means that while other classes have defined character hooks to play to, individual Pyros can legitimately carry much more wildly varying character traits.
I've seen chef Pyros, demon Pyros, protective angel Pyros, astronaut Pyros, friendly Pyros, creepy-loaner Pyros and scientific experiment Pyros. All of them were just as viable as the next was, based on what we have concerning the Pyro.
Hell; my personal Pyro is an old, grumpy todger who has been doing the job so long that his "eyes" just reflect fire now by default. Couldn't even think about pulling a concept that out there with any of the other classes.

That whole coloration thing is the exact reason why we fixed it in our clipping fix as well.

Disliking Tam'o'Shanter? It fits SO DAMN WELL with my Nessie nine iron.
I despise anger, and probably, it's the only hat that i hate in TF2.
Unusual hats. They're all obnoxious as fuck and most of the time painted some god awful colour.

I wish there was more hats and miscs based directly around the stereotypes of faceless psychos and mooks though. There are many items based on crazy, but not many based on psycho crazy. I want more hats and misc items based around masked psycho killers that kills people with excruciatingly brutal methods while laughing maniacally. Give me this kind of crazy, less pants on head retarded crazy.
I believe that the non Pyroland parts of MtP is a very good example of the parts of Pyro's original character design that people have forgotten, and I'd love more cosmetic items based around a fearsome, faceless, sympathetically devoid psychopath that burns people alive.
[editline]27th August 2012[/editline]
Think of stereotypical horror movie psychopath chainsaw killers, then think of Pyro's personality, choice of weapons, his silhouette, and his official bio.
He's meant to be a deranged psychopath pyromaniac with the profession so brutal that every other class considers it morally vile, while not showing a single sign of remorse or guilt about what he's doing, rather, enjoying every second of causing people to die in one of the most agonizing manners possible. He's NOT just a cute cuddly little confused anti-social nerd, he's a faceless monster who enjoys burning people alive.
I like using the Skyrim helm + Summer Jaw o Fun.
Am I the only one who thinks that Earbuds and Bill's Hats are just way too overrated? I mean I sold my Buds 1 week ago for 26 keys and sold them all for lotsa hats and misc items and I'm way more satisfied with my loadouts now than when I was with my Earbuds.
Imo, Buds and Bills aren't hats anymore, they've become pure currency. And the only thing that's good about them is the value and that the Bills looks baller on the Solly and Scout. :V

Imo if I cash out I would never leave a pair of buds in my inventory. For their value, they could buy two or three good earbuds in real life (Look up goGroove earbuds on Amazon).

Earbuds? Totally. Bill's? Well, when I first started playing I thought the Bill's Hat was awesome, it was just out of my price range. But someone gave me a Bill's for free on the grounds that I never trade it. I've thought about giving it back to him many times, unfortunately, he hasn't been on since.
Pugilist's Protector.
Die.
Pretty much every Heavy hat that isn't the Heavy Duty Rag.
The Heavy miscs too, although Pocket Medic isn't so bad.

Yeah, the Bill's Hat isn't that much overrated as the Earbuds are, it can make your player look pretty neat as I've sorta said before on some classes I kind of find it cheesy looking or great looking but that might just be me. But I guess it's used as currency just as much as Earbuds.
I had so many promos before, the only promos I could ever find myself drawn to were the Essential Accessories and the Quadwrangler. I don't really know why or if it's just me but whenever I got my first Bill's Hat, my first Buds or my first Max Head I was like: "YEAH! Finally got that thing!" and after like a few days or so I'm like: "Meh, should I trade it away?". Same actually happened with the BMOC too half a year ago, maybe I just can't be friends with all-class promos, but damn they're pretty much used as currency, I tell ye.
Holiday headcase
