The only reason people like these is because of their value, usually. Aside from that, one's a clumsy design mess, and the other just doesn't make sense.

In other words, they're just hats people wear to show off how much money they have to throw around. Like Scouts with Strange Festive Scattergun, Vintage Lugermorph, Vintage Fan-O-War, either the HOUWAR or Headcase, Earbuds, and whatever the hot new 5+ key misc at the time is, sitting in a trade server scalping for keys.

Its the only scout hat i actually like. Its simple and has a nice shape.

Tosslecap, whoopee cap and a few others are the Scout hats I like best. He's [I]mostly [/I]got some fitting hats, and all baseball caps work on him for obvious reasons.
