Someone get the new blueprints for these weapons, pronto!\ Wow, got ninja'd with the answer.
The axe should have the sword hit sounds. The range, too. Also again with the no kill icons. The new weapons and hats are still awesome. Though I think the Pyro's mustache thing should be a misc. item.

Is there a bleeding effect, can it be cured by water, and how much damage is done by bleeding?

Also, They're probably trying to limit how many weapons get kill taunts, it wouldn't be fair if every melee weapon the Demoman got could taunt kill now would it? :P

It works beautifully for hit and run tactics, if someone goes in close just hit them and run away, no scoping or spraying your smg while dodging damage.
Here are the stats Scotsman's Skullcutter: Level 5 Axe +20% Damage done 15% slower move speed on wearer The Tribalman's Shiv Level 5 Kukri On Hit: Bleed for 8 seconds -35% Damage done If I'm late then oh well.
