LONG AND FUCKING TEDIOUS!
Delete what you want away.
Skip the alpha and extra layers
Save it as .tga
Works instantly, and you don't have to fuck with alpha.

Nope, tried it. That only works with normal sprays. For transparent sprays you have to do the alpha part.

All of my sprays are .tga
90% of them got some transparency.
Never messed with alpha when making them
