If you have photoshop just go to File > New - And then change the background option where it says 'White' to 'Transparent'

If you have any other program I don't know, but it shouldn't be so different.

I wonder if it's possible to give it a 3rd MIP, so it goes from nothing to the blue to the full manifestation, so it looks like he appears in thin air.
