Someone else put it right, saying Russian vocals are just another instrument. Now I don't know if he meant Russian in particular or even English, but that's how I see it. I thought I'd added to the end of the T.A.T.U. comment that spoken Russian, in common context, sounds like music anyway.
I'll just say I hate that kind of metal. It sounds ugly and has bad instrumentals. Or it has good instrumentals with some guy with a shitty voice screaming random bullshit into the mic, instead of singing.
