Couple factors are taken into account with this tool:

[*]1) Steam must be running
[*]2) You must be logged in
[*]3) You have downloaded the latest TF2 update in it's entirety
[/list]
If those are all true and it's still not working, feel free to try this version:

If that still doesn't work, then there's not much else that can be done... The code works fine on my side as you can see from my stats page.
It's unlikely that Valve has patched it, because I just maxed my DoD:S stats a few minutes ago without even playing the game.
Also when i meant with leet i meant as in a pathethic name.
It keeps giving me the aplication is incorrectly configured, I have put stats.exe and steam_api.dll in the main folder but it still doesn't work

Ah hah, there it goes after installing the runtime from microsoft. but one thing, theres no way to manually set a number? instead of it automatically putting in huge astronomical numbers lol thanks for the help

probably, its a fast install, btw this does do just what his stats look like, 13123123812391 numbers, you cant set individual numbers or stats sadly :(

I might try and code a program to do something like this!
dude i'd probably pay you for one of these that has a interface and all, that lets you adjust and edit any specific stat, not just a predefined huge number to everything ^_^
