Valve, why the fuck would you skip over the Tinkerer's Tin Man, which actually fit the Engineer, and instead give him a tiny cat? I think Someone at Valve has been using the Shovel taunt on themselves a bit too much.

I'm surprised that the Hat of Cards has no phong lines in the VMT.

Is this update worthy of a new Hat Wearing Man? Personally I say not but if you all want me to, I can make one though.
