The blend of triangles with sticks makes a bone chilling sense of battle in the air around you. I've grown to learn that if we're expecting an update, Valve doesn't ship it until we forget that it was supposed to happen.
At least, that's the new formula.

I wish the Bloke's Bucket hat had a better texture. It's well modeled, and could fit Sniper well both due to his nationality and because fishing just like camping is a matter of patience and wait. However... the texture is terrible, it looks unfinished, like they just gave it base colors and called it a day.

Perhaps this might be the reason why we're seeing a lot of repeat contributors.
People like SVDL, Ronin & such are uploading them in a way that valve knows and understands, unlike newcomers who upload them terribly messy and in an undecodable language like swedish.
Per my suggestion to them, hopefully the new compiler has a checkbox for weapons and automatically adds crit glow parameters :)

This bug also effects the Enthusiast's Time Piece (a promo reskin of the stock invis watch from Poker Night), as it uses the same radial style cloak of the Dead Ringer (as you can see this video very nicely demos: [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJ89Ut8f-0s&feature=related[/url] )
I think this bug really effects game play, especially on new players who might not really know this bug exists and aren't used to it's really wonky cloak meter.

their file structure is perfectly easy to imitate, only thing I leave out is a manifest (because I forget it exists). no matter what, any compiler is going to have issues and probably won't be ideal.
what they need to go is make a guide giving the exact structure they want so we don't have to just figure it out and make assumptions
