Facepunch, you truly dissapoint me. people crying and raising forks and torchs because valve offers a ticket to guarantee you a hat drop? a hat that will eventually tradeable? and that you dont even need to buy to play the game -not to mention everyone gets one ticket for free with the launch of the update. god damn boys, you're a bunch of awful readers and that dumb faq doesnt help clear the confusion.

You know what would have worked? Tickets are buyable but are also in the drop system as a random drop. That would cure the butthurt people whining over a dollar.

There I'll be happy.[/QUOTE] the most simple solution is to just not play mannup mode. all that does is let you get the cosmetics and some dumb badge, and essentially it's 100% the same as just regular mvm. and the tickets don't get consumed if you lose/disconnect/quit, not that hard to understand.

It's still a slap in the face. Valve is a company and needs money to work, I get it but how much and how far are they going to take this? Every update, DAY 1: COOL DAY 2: AHHHH DAY 3: CRATES AND DOLLARS. Seriously? Why don't they make Left 4 dead 1 and 2, Portal 1 and 2, Half life 1 and 2, Counter-strike and ricochet F2P and add bullshit like this?
