It just means it uses the Saxxy animations I believe.

I honestly feel sorry for BANG! (at least I think that's who made the weapon) that his weapon is an all-class reskin. Not to mention it's now the most worthless all-class reskin. The Saxxy turns people to gold, you can add decals to the Conscientious Objector, and you can annoy the crap out of enemies with the Frying Pan. The Freedom Staff, on the other hand, does not turn people into gold, does not let you add decals, and does not let you annoy the crap out of enemies because I doubt it even has the same sound as the Frying Pan.

Anyone else's Steam not downloading anything? Tf2 and GMOD13B are there, but neither are downloading anything.
