you have to own both Empire and Napoleon to get the items. Someone who only owned Empire just confirmed they only got the Rome item

I just got my promos, but missing a few. Is the Demo cape and Spy uniform ONLY for the TW Master Collection? Because I'll be severely saddened if so.

man this whole thing is a mess. People were told they only needed to buy one to get the promos, so they did, and no promos for them. People who own all the TW games don't get the Staff. The Spy coat was promised early in the day, then switched for the Shako, even if people bought it before the switch they only get the shako. What a mess.

Spy coat not for Fall of the Samurai. A few people said they owned it and did not get the Spy coat.

Yeah, this is bull. I saw the announcement earlier when it was the Spy and Medic Coats, and then apparently since then it was switched from the Spy Coat to the Sniper Shako. Not why I bought the thing at all. Hopefully they'll fix this. Then again they might just equip their Summer Shades and tell us to deal with it.

I own every TW game on Steam except the new Battles and some trivial Shogun 2 DLC, and yet I'm missing at least 2 promos that "should" have been awarded for at least one of the games I own.

I don't think this mess is possible to fix, I doubt they will be taking items away from people, even if they shouldn't get them in the first place. I read I need to get either Napoleon or Empire to get the promos so I bought one and shouldn't get anything, yet the samurai mask dropped for me. I wish I didn't hurry buying it, but what can you do.

they could give the coat to people who bought it before the Shako was added and give everyone who owns all the TW games the staff. Seriously, what do they have to lose giving everyone who owns the TW games already the staff. It's not like they can even activate the bundle...

If I were them at this point, I'd first make it damn clear what you get if you buy what game, then give all the items to anyone who bought a game after the items were announced but before which item went with which game was established.

Is the Spy coat/Medic coat advertising changing a case of bait-and-switch, even if there was some internal miscommunication?

and of course make the Staff given to anyone who owns all the TW games because it's just stupid to not do that
