But if you mean the backstab animation, then yea, that needs to be fixed.

I have all of the Total Wars from a previous sale except for Fall of the Samurai and Total War Battles. Even if I buy them, I'm basically screwed out of getting the Freedom Staff at this point unless I buy the full pack, right?

You had to have bought the pack itself, not just own the games individually

The problem is that the promo was made for games that have been out for a while now, and it's hard to distribute that properly.

For all I care, they should give you all the items if you own any of the games and the staff if you own the complete package. Then everyone will be happy.
