Maybe they have a <new compiler> compliant save format/folder structure to save time bundled in there. As in there wouldn't be fiddling with files and making sure that they'd be tf2 standard so more items would get in (assuming they're low poly enough to do so)?
Also from the video it's got options for lower poly models and conventional modeling too...
A 3d modeling program with tf2 in mind would be amazing.

Basically it was a Demoman item called the "Sword of Lord Lycenadope"
Was a sword that slowed Demoman down as its downside (-15%) and had slower swing speed (-25%).
But once Demoman got 5 heads, the sword's curse instantly kicked in (he can't control the timing). Demoman would use his howl taunt, flash bright white with a full moon particle floating over his head, and would change his model into a Demoman with very hairy arms, and "real" versions of his Halloween costume, a real wolf head (still wearing his beanie so hats still work), real wolf legs and werewolf claws. He'd be instantly healed to max overheal. In this state he also can't be healed by Medic or Dispensers, he has to rely on Medkits.
While in Wolf mode, a full moon particle floats over your head (like mark of death) to help you be identified. You can't change weapons, you're locked to a special weapon called the "Wolf Hand" which is just Demoman's Saxxy animations with a large wolf claw modeled over his entire arm. This is his only weapon in this state. It's special power is Demoman starts clawing slowly and with less damage, but every successful hit of his claws charges them +5% damage and +5% swing speed until he's at max 25% damage and 25% swing speed. There's no way to lose this bonus (missing just doesn't increase it).
Demoman also gains an additional 10% run speed from each successful melee hit, totaling a staggering +35% run speed (remember the sword loses speed still). Eat [i]kill[/i] "feeds" him +25 HP (like the Power Jack)
This power lasts 30 seconds, or until Demoman dies (remember, he's still just Demoman with Demoman's health, plus some overheal, which still decays). Once the time is done, he goes into his stunned pose and flashes back to Demoman and remains stunned for a half second or so (basically enough to finish the stun animation)
Yea, kind of a complicated weapon, but in my dream it was wild seeing Demoman start glowing and out comes this beast that starts ripping stuff a part, but then when he's done he's totally vulnerable with a stun and lowered speed.

5th head collected turns you into a were-Demo.

On Kill: +25 health on wearer
On Hit: +5% damage done (+25% max)
On Hit: +5% firing speed (+25% max)
On Hit: +10% movement speed (+50% max)[Counting base -25%]
Blocks healing when in use.
Wearer returns to normal after 30 seconds.
Ehh, I can script all that in AW2, minus the appearance parts (maybe). But, what happens when you turn back into normal Demoman? Lose all heads gained? Or retain heads and turn back on 10th, 15th, etc. heads?
Also, are you keeping No Random Critical Hits on the thing? :v:

If I "restore" a painted and crafted hat with a number, the name of the guy who craft the hat will be remove alongside the number or only the paint will be remove?
I can't find this info anywhere.

you can't remove the craft number, only the paint and crafter's name.
Also, it asks you what you want to restore

IIRC, the game automatically gives you those bonuses if you have heads collected on your Demoman. Looks like I have to count the heads internally then...

So Valve removes the ability to drink from the Pain Train and Saxxy, yet they decide to keep it for the Frying Pan, Conscientious Objector, and the Freedom Staff.
Valve, make up your fucking mind, it's not any weirder to drink a Pain Train than to drink a Freedom Staff.
they should just set it to always default to KABOOOM unless they tell it otherwise. Seriously, there's 2 items in the game that work with the drink taunt, and yet it's still the default taunt for Demoman melees.

You can choose what to remove, including the crafter's name (but not the number).

Thank god Valve doesn't make the Demoman drink swords. That would be a recipe for disaster.
Now watch as Valve adds in a reskin sword that allows you to drink from it like a bottle.

1) More smart people post here (half of the time)
2) I always wanted more options for the "restore" button, like craft number remove and custom selection (I didn't know you can do it, so is ok now)

the craft numbers don't show up in-game except for <100, so there isn't a real problem here.
Also, it would crash the market of clean last breaths and apparition aspects (clean as in craftable and having no craft number)
