No reason not to just click allow at the default settings. You're probably at home, thus already "firewalled" by NAT (assuming you're connected to a router). Unless you don't trust someone on your LAN, or if you're directly connected to the Internet, no one will really be able to connect to you anyways (except for UDP holepunching). Windows firewall is shit anyways, so just click allow on it and get on with your day, since it'll change nothing.
