Can you give a more detailed example of how you mean by smoothing out the animation transit?
I suppose adding such things as motion blur can help.

Like transitioning to each pose. It's just at the bookmark stage right now where it jumps to each once it gets there.

I don't know what most of the other buttons do because I'm stupid and don't learn things, but I make shitloads of bookmarks in the motion editor thing (or whatever the button is that looks like a heartrate) and just refine them to the max.

I haven't used SFM in ages. But I think I know exactly what you mean.
I'm currently in the progress of going to sleep, so I will install SFM tomorrow and see if I can find a solution if someone else haven't already fixed it for you during the night.

make sure all your movements start slow and gradually get faster.
for instance, when you move someone's arm upwards, his arm won't be raised at the same speed the whole way through, it starts off slower than it ends.
this is probably a terrible example
