No you can't rocket-jump with the Scorch Shot. It's worth getting though. The knockback is just amazingly useful.
The Manmelter is okay, infinite ammo and crits for extinguishing people with it's alt-fire. If you want to try it out, go ahead.
The Red Tape Recorder is currently overpowering, being able to ungrade Level 3 Sentrys to Level 1 almost instantly. They should really lower the ungrading time. If anything put in an effect that will keep the unbuilding time the way it is (Or slightly raise the speed.) and lower the ungrading time. It's a pest and seriously the stupidest piece of shit the Engineer has had to deal with since the Dead Ringer. It's definitely worth it right now.

he's sorta floating in front of the dispenser instead of actually sitting on it, and his legs are just hovering off to the side
you should probably fix that up or something, plus the bullets in the ammo chain are kinda.. strange
