Silverballer = For the spy

Change the bluts with stock or Overdose if you have a reliable patient, or crossbow + Amputator if you want to survive just by fleeing instead of killing.
You choose your Medic's weapons depending on your playstyle. For example, in random pubs I usually go with the top loadout because I know I can't rely on my patient and I'll have to save his ass more than once. If I'm pocketing someone like Fec or 27, I might even go with the medieval set so I don't have to spend time searching for medkits. If I'm pocketing a jumper demo, quick-fix all the way. Or if I'm the only medic, there aren't any sentries, and my team needs healing more than anything. Or kritzkrieg if there aren't any sentries.

The number 1024 is my nemesis.
Because when my Pyro has been stickied I can stop where I am and shoot the crossbow before getting exploded.

47 appears with them In a lot of artwork
[sp]Diana leaves them on top of 47 during his "funeral" during the last mission of blood money[/sp]
So yeah if you played at least one hitman game, one of the things that should come to your mind are those pistols which are always on your inventory at the start of almost every mission
