Pre-order the game and you get Genuine versions of the items. You can also trade Unique versions of those items with other people. That is how all the promotions works (Well... not all the promos but you get the point)

It depends on who I'm doing. On average, I'd say maybe 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Like I said before, it depends what I'm doing.
