Kinda reminds me of what happened to me about a year ago.
During the summer, I've had issues falling asleep. When trying to lay down and sleep, I find myself just staring at the back of my eyelids for an upwards of two hours without actually falling asleep.
During that time of me trying my hardest to relax and sleep, I kept hearing some sort of radio frequency-like thing in my head. I heard what sounded like two people talking over static, which only appeared in short, subtle bursts over long periods.
I couldn't discern what they were talking about, but it still haunted my mind until I finally went to sleep after about an hour of enduring this strange happening.
Almost time for Scribblenauts.
I've been staying up just to play it.
