But we can have animated avatars just fine.
The problem is that I had to crop mine a lot and remove a good bunch of frames so I could use it.
I've tried changing from this avatar.

Sadly no, I don't really have the experience to create custom characters. You'll have to rely on some other people.

I'm thinking the PC version of Scribblenauts Unlimited is the best one since you can just create the Nintendo characters via the creator, surely.
