Not bad, a bit too cartoony though.
Even though Team Fortress 2 is cartoonish, it still has realistic aesthetics.
The hand and bone also seem a bit flattened, they look like playdoh.
Plus the part where the bone shows seems like the skin is molded to the bone,
You should create a gash where the bone is so it looks like the arm was ripped off.
And the texture should be some-what scaley.
But then again, alligators don't even have bones, so this design is somewhat odd.
