As soon you can do the race events at the local Stadium, do them, it will spawn a Oval Racer and a Monster Truck in walking distance of Grove Street, so mobility isn't a issue then.
Also, in the Movie Park in the centre, there is a Sniper Rifle hidden.
why is tf2r loading slower than the forums?

Well I hope my video card doesn't die. After playing a game for 10 minutes my FPS starts to drop very bad. Looks like is reaching he final moments of life.
