got a 100mbps fiber broadband recently and my tf2 downloads updates pretty weirdly.
it can download at 1.4mb/s over wifi for 5 seconds and then drop to 90kb for the next few seconds then go up to 1.4mb. Over wifi and no no one else is downloading/streaming/using anything.
Can't try to replicate it elsewhere, may be a problem with steam's download algorithm, or problem may be with my router

Horrible looking, and the fact that its restricted makes it both more and less horrible.
