Not exactly broken, just common bugs Valve never fixed like:
Wrong teamcolors. No item level in the backpack or loadout. They forgot to name the styles. Animations bugs in certain conditions (Move Up). When you use on the Demoman the sounds are from the bottle also taunting with it will proceed to "drink" it.

It has no kill icon either, though in this case the default skull and bones kinda fits
