Hey GC, I just got back from the hospital a little while ago.
When I got off the computer last night, my drunken cousin, Josh, wanted to stay the night at my place because of issues with his wife; I complied to his requests.
He wanted to get a burrito from the gas station, and he ended up just leaving. I had to follow him to make sure he didn't do anything stupid in his intoxicated venture.
Walking back from the store to home, these two tall, flabby Mexican guys came up to us. Josh, picking fights for a living, started to yell at them. I tried to calm him and these dudes down until Josh decided to punch one of them. The two dudes, Josh and I were chasing eachother for a probably a good 2 minutes until they disappeared. We almost made it home until they found us again and stabbed Josh in the side, taking off right as I picked up a brick to hit one of the motherfuckers with.
I ended up calling the police, whom never showed up, so I, with the help of about 5 good Samaritans, tried pushing Josh into my car; he was pretty much dead weight at this point. Josh wasn't really bleeding by the time I reached the hospital, in which on arrival, they transferred him to another hospital due to the severity of his injury. I've been waiting at this other hospital ever since, getting questioned by Police while calling our friends and family and telling them about the attack; which we learned that the knife had entered his heart when he was stabbed.
He's in stable condition as far as I know. I'll be heading back to the hospital later to see him again.
The situation has been on the local news here. If I see a video of the case, I'll give it to you.
I'm worried and very pissed off right now. I hope you all never have to experience this shit in your neighborhoods.

Yeah, those Mexican guys should have left us alone; but really, my cousin was the one who started this shit.
He gets drunk off his ass every other day, so I've been told. Hopefully he wakes up and realises he needs to stop acting like a child, because this incident almost cost him his life.

I have to say, I watched some let's plays and it's nowhere is bad as people claim it to be.
It makes you focus a lot on strategy and tactics.
