den iz gud ting mah compooter can handle it.
I tried source film maker,but the interface confused me and it ran slower than a sloth. Plus I'm pretty certain it made my computer lag for a while.

I'll probably repost this, but I really want to know what you guys think. I tried playing Tribes a while ago and eventually got annoyed by it and unistalled it. I just played Dota for the first time and I'm already feeling like its not for me. However, is this just Tf2 spoiling me? I'm worried that maybe I can't enjoy other competitive games because I'm so used to Tf2 I can't bear trying to learn a new game. So what do you guys think? Has this happened to anyone else? Is it worth forcing myself through these games?

Play bot games when you first start off. Also read guides. Lots of guides.
I think Clinkz is a good start, 'cause he's a ranged hero that remains unattackable for most of the game, and can do huge damage when he reveals himself. Go read [url=http://www.dotafire.com/dota-2/guide/clinkz-eastwood-basic-guide-328]this guide on him[/url], see if you like the look.

a modeler and i decided we were going to start and finish an item in one night, and we decided on making oddjob's hat as a weapon like the flying guillotine
i tested out the near-final product in itemtest with the help of a bot, as i do not own a flying guillotine, and i just made him throw a bunch of hats
they wouldn't go away
they just kept being thrown and they just kept rolling around
the shape of the hat and the places they were thrown caused colonies of rolling hats to form, ultimately leading to this

it was scary as hell, but the item is pretty much done and works out just fine

Most of what draws me into DotA is the visuals, stylisation, voice acting, lore, characters, personalities and heroes. None of these draw me into LoL, it just seems so unrefined.
