Opinion on Steamrep and people like "Acesgamer" - Games

Just wondering - why hasn't SteamRep ever given those who have given up their scammer ways a second chance? Everyone deserves a second chance (unless they've murdered someone). I'm pretty sure there's a bunch of people (including me) who are willing to do whatever it takes to get unmarked. I don't see why not.

YOU START SCAMMING AGAIN. Your actions answered your own question. Because of people like you who only want to manipulate others and the system for your own personal benefit and who don't care about who you hurt as long as YOU get what YOU want, programs like this are nearly impossible. It's like the guy who gets out of prison and robs a bank two hours after his release. And everyone then screams about how the parole system is flawed, etc. YOU are the answer to your own question. Clearly some people never change their ways. Of course you'd do anything to get unmarked because you want to continue to steal from people. You only care about yourself and getting what you want. Friendships mean absolutely nothing to you, and clearly you just want to hurt as many people as you can just so you can try to continue doing whatever the heck you want.

If that was the case, I would have scammed (or at least tried to) Gavin out of his hats by now. If I only cared about myself and getting what I want, would I have gave what I scammed to AcesGamer (I can get a bit greedy sometimes, so I didn't keep them in my inventory) so that he could give them to those whom I scammed? Maybe I'm out of place by saying anything at all, but if you admit to being impulsive, and pretty much everything you say would lead anyone to believe that you would infact scam again, why do you think anyone would give you a second chance? A second chance implies that you would not do the same thing you did the first time, however you are saying that you will.

Second chance for scammers? LOL NO PLEASE. Lots of people know about SteamRep, so I presume scammers also know about SteamRep yet they are scamming people and in fact upset them which is the reason I would never give second chances. They knew the risks and they got their quittance.

Even screenshots are analyzed to verify the integrity of the image (and yes, we have had people fake reports so we're always analyzing and rechecking everything). There is evidence showing that, at least at some point, Gigabyte did have access to that account. Due to confidentiality reasons, I can't go into specifics. You say "having gigabyte say anything isn't really reliable" and yet you're also sitting here defending him and saying that SteamRep tags people "for no reason." So on one hand you say your friend can't be believed and on the other you say that FACTUAL EVIDENCE can't be believed either. So what exactly can be believed? It makes sense. The best way for them to keep scamming is to start rumors and lies about SR so people won't check the site and they can continue to steal from people.

If you can't trust scammers, what makes you think you can trust any one on the internet? I could be an alt of someone of high power. Think about it, do you really know what goes on where you can't look?

I have no problem screenshotting my entire inventory and gift history and uploading it for everyone to see. I've never sharked, never scammed, and I really do this because I LOVE helping people. When I worked in retail in real-life, my specialty was customer service because I genuinely want to help other people whenever I can. Though my husband insisted I stop giving car rides to hitchhikers. :D
