Maybe late, but I think you get a Vintage Escape Plan if you have an Equalizer previously. One appeared in my inventory.

Items don't have #'s unless I just took to long to craft 1 of the new ones.

Best part of update, I had 3 equalizers + 1 strange equalizers. Valve gave me 3 escape plans + 1 strange escape plan
