Family Business isn't that useful unless your aim is off (making those additional shots more helpful) or you have a ton of people to gun down (in which case any shotgun won't help you that much, a minigun would be preferred). I think it could suffice a tightened spread like the Baby Face's Blaster to make it more viable as a skirmishing shotgun; it would see further application as an Engineer, Pyro, or Soldier weapon as well. Most people simply prefer to have raw damage instead of 2 more shots that are weaker, if it had something to offset that, it might see more use.
I get along with the Family Business better than the default Shotgun. I use the Family Business to shoot Snipers on a range, make their sight "jump". The 2 additonal shots come in just handy for that.
How about Airblast rese--Phlog.
Back to the drawboard. :v:
Alt-fire resets Boost? This would mean you can jump around in Boost giving Pyro some needed mobility even without the Detonator, and would also serve as a small, subtle buff to the phlog because since you can't airblast anyway you're going to be using your alt-fire much less, so you've got less opportunities to loose Boost. This would naturally only occur when your phlog meter is full, not on blank altfires. Every airblast though, regardless of usage.
Liquor Locker drops!!
...but the Halloween community items still don't :/

Meant to point that out this morning, but forgot with the whole full moon thing.
Also I'm guessing the lack of ctf capture crits is a bug because the default for the command is still 10 seconds.
so how are we gonna get the 5 community halloween items to drop...
I wonder if they forgot about them (despite me reminding them once a few months ago, a few weeks later they added every other community item BUT those to the drop system).
I mean, 2010's items drop... christmas items drop...
As anti-climatic as this may sound, I kinda hope those new robot team models will be replacements for the bots in TF2, and not a definite part of the MvM.
I hope for other robots when we get MvM.
Well, it seems we will be getting sentrybusters, tanks(?) and a possible robot boss as other robots.
I'd hope they would never in a million years make a decision based on what a "clean" item is worth
Sounds OP. He'd feel the boost in a second with one good flame. Couple that with Phlogistonator.
Fast speed, 100% crits, auto heal.
Yeah that sounds balanced.
One solid meatshot will get you almost full boost.
And the pyro'd be moving at 195v to start with, which is (significantly) slower than a heavy.
and christ, why do people think the phlog is any good it's a terrible weapon you can't defend yourself from anything

If this was the case, you know there would be a hilarious bug where the taunt button wouldn't cancel the speed boost.
You know Valve and how they don't like to screw over traders too badly.
They should, traders screw over everyone else :v:
I still think MVM is going to be a co-op defend mode against a team of (player-controlled OR bot) robot classes, duking it out to either protect or destroy something of importance, with the ability to upgrade and make defenses, along with vehicles (the tank models imply this).
Kind of like a tower defense mixed with horde mode.
That would sorta render WAR pointless, would it?
So? That was years ago. I fought valiantly for the soldiers but I couldn't give a fuck if demoman got gunboats. Hell, I want him to.

I would sort of enjoy a comic of Demoman and Soldier secretly making peace with each other again.
I would sort of enjoy a comic of Demoman and Soldier secretly making peace with each other again.
A short story of them realising this entire fight is pointless, see something they both have in common (like guns that make people explode) and start being friends again, with Soldier handing Demoman his extra pair of Gunboats as a make-up gift.
Yes please.
Three men go to a hotel.
They decide to share a room.
The guy at the desk tells them the room will be $30.
Since there are 3 of them, the men each chip in $10 to pay the bill.
Once they get up to the room, the guy at the desk realises that he made an error.
The room was actually $25, he overcharged them by $5.
The guy at the desk sent the Bellhop up to the room to refund their $5.
Before knocking on the door, the Bellhop thought of something:
There's three guys and $5. He could just tell them they were overcharged $3 and pocket the extra $2 himself.
The Bellhop gives the men $3 back and keeps the $2 for himself. Each man gets $1 back.
This means that each man paid $9.
9+9+9=27.
27+2=29.
What happened to the last dollar?
[sp]Bang.[/sp]
The guy at the desk took it.
And at the end they get into a stupid argument and the battle begins again.

They make peace and become friends again but agree that they must continue their duty and not abandon their loyalty for their teammates, despite being friends they must go their separate ways, and they're still going to kick each other's ass on the battlefield, but they'll be doing it while never forgetting the friendship they had.
Cheesy, but I'd like it :v:
I would sort of enjoy a comic of Demoman and Soldier secretly making peace with each other again.
you know makani the comic artist for TF2 did draw some stuff that goes along that lines
as in soldier and demo reconciling.
Didn't they also draw Demo getting his eye back, or was that someone else.
Could someone link me to Makani's deviant account?
Maybe they're afraid to, clean halloween items (craftable and no craft number) such as the aspect and impaler go for quite a bit. You know Valve and how they don't like to screw over traders too badly.
Valve should really stop caring about traders so much. It's your choice to use money. Do you have any idea how fucked over the average player who wants a strange huntsman is?

Seriously, the first result on google for "Makani": http://makani.deviantart.com/gallery/

Not at all, because they don't need a strange huntsman?
Stranges were added to keep the keys flowing.
[nope.]

Yeah, I tried that out after posting the question..
Thanks anyway!
You're an idiot.
Oh, now I see what you mean. You should've phrased your argument that way to start with; it's so much clearer.
Oh, now I see what you mean. You should've phrased your argument that way to start with; it's so much clearer.
Ok then, I'll snip that insult.
I'm starting to get bored of pyro vision but I still love the items that it has, this is quite annoying
along with vehicles (the tank models imply this).
if you mean the tank vehicle I posted, doubt it.
The scale was ridiculous. It was about as big as the entire 2fort red base.
it was probably just meant to be a background object

Making keys tradable did in my opinion make the economy MUCH worse.
Then again, so did crates. Gambling with real money is a pretty vicious addiction.
