I suppose Buffalo Chicken is kind of a regional American thing. But being an hour away from Buffalo, they're just a natural food around here. But anyway, this is buffalo chicken [url]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buffalo_wing[/url] It's wings from a chicken deep fried and covered in a hot-sauce/butter mixture, and then dipped in ranch dressing or blue cheese. Usually comes served with carrots or celery because it can get very spicy depending on the hot sauce/butter blend. Buffalo Chicken pizza takes that spicy sauce and uses it as pizza sauce, plus pieces of grilled chicken on the pizza. I'm not a fan of it, but I hear it's tasty. It's also really popular, especially recently.
