It's unlikely, and it would probably piss a lot of people off, but it's possible. Well actually, I think it's fair to say that the whole 'junk item' thing has been useful to him, as people have actually made prices for items that do absolutely nothing, and I believe he was talking about something similar to that in the latest blog post.

Is it actually a good idea to set your download region to something else?
