You may make a dollar profit depending on shipping costs and taxes.
Remember, you still have a genuine baloonicorn in your office or kitchen after this. So basically the baloonicorn is free. Pay for a baloon get one ingame sell one ingame for the price of the original keep original (or sell for profit)
So basically the baloonicorn is free.
Honestly, having to deal with TF2 traders is too much work for me to call it free. I stay away from cash transactions, but once there was a guy trying to cash out with items and I tried to convince him to let me pay in keys which he could then convert to cash easier. I had to wade through scores of people trying to buy keys for a dollar each. But you're right. The Gen. Balloonicorn was a nice gift to the community from Valve to make the purchase "worth it" to people who care more about pixels than plastic. If ThinkGeek sells out or discontinues the item, I think the Gen. Balloonicorn will go up in price quite a bit. It's already the most expensive "Genuine" quality item thus far.
I uh, wow. The game refused to drop items for me, and I had not received an item since the day after the Major Update. Just starting up right now gave me a bunch of random weapons, a hat, and 9 burned items.

Good news, Y_M's Mean Medicine pack is getting a redux on Polycount and will be submitted to the workshop, along with the surprise of the Frankengear Medic pack getting a remake as well.
there's no way you can have a cash shop with 3 weapons and 18 hats every 6 months.
who needs content when you have an influx of old and new players without those
I think Valve should sort out the paint and decals by deleting the stuff altogether and giving back money to the people who bought it... Edit: Ouch, bad page king.
who needs content when you have an influx of old and new players without those
you wouldn't have an influx of new players without big content updates, and they new Scout update sized updates just were not going to cut it. Still no Engineer polycount
Still no Engineer polycount
honestly, nothing for Engy from polycount would hold up if added to the game these days. The bar is set very high now, and the Polycount Engy entries were just not that quality.

the revolver was nice, but Revolver's are strictly Spy weapons.
The Bigger is Better pack was good, but required custom animations for both the Primary and Secondary weapons. v:v:v
I love its melee for some reason, and the primary could have used the Widowmaker's stats.
Have you ever thought, "Hey, wouldn't it be cool if indie games were on the Steam Workshop and we could vote for them to get on Steam" Gaben says that's a good idea
Valve have just announced Steam Greenlight. The new service will work like the Steam Workshop, but for indie games. Creators can submit their work for rating by gamers, and the best rated games will then enter Valve’s approval process for inclusion in the Steam store.
http://www.pcgamer.com/2012/07/09/steam-greenlight-announced-lets-gamers-vote-indie-games-on-to-steam/ [editline]9th July 2012[/editline] preview page is up http://steamcommunity.com/greenlight

Hello mediocre games, bye bye good ones.
Have you ever thought, "Hey, wouldn't it be cool if indie games were on the Steam Workshop and we could vote for them to get on Steam"
Yes, yes I have.
wow, thats pretty awesome
Binding of Isaac and VVVVV are both Flash games, nothing wrong with Flash games.
Would be cool with more versus updates now that "Meet the" updates and class ones are done.
That sounds pretty awesome, I just hope Valve will be behind to tweak how entries flow between most recent and most popular and all the spam entries, clearly that's a minor issue in the workshop, but for things like games it would be pretty aggravating unless they remove spam entries daily.
I see nothing wrong with this as long as they find a good way to moderate spam unlike TF2's workshop entries.
My point exactly. I know I shouldn't have said that, but I don't care. I hate their unoriginality.
?
I want Fez on Steam.
I want, now I know this is going to get some hate, the Angry Birds series on Steam
I want, now I know this is going to get some hate, the Angry Birds series on Steam
I played Angry Birds once, I quite like it and find it amusing. Why should it be getting hate?
