Guys, there isn't an update today. Not one source says there would be an update. Huff was the one who started this when he was told that [B]HINTS[/B] would start dropping today. Don't check the patch notes, check the websites!

I wake up this morning. This thread is flooded as usual. I get to school. This will be a good read. Snippets of teasers, exciting stuff. Whoa! It suddenly kicked up a notch! Shitloads of posts! And then I see the many, MANY shitty posts about being late, new meat, bad jokes. To be honest, I would be fine with one crate with one new strange weapon to tie me over.

Yeah from what I've been told, Valve is busy getting ready for the International 2, both in physical presence and polishing up Dota 2. I wouldn't expect anything until after it's over and cleaned up.

It's not necessarily just a product event, but a physical event for a game in which Valve is primarily trying to build an e-sport around - meaning they'll want fans to be watching it and not playing the next big TF2 update. It's fun to speculate though, but there's nothing coming this week.

Last year they held the million dollar invitational unveiling of Dota 2 a week after Quakecon...
