Major Update Speculation V5: Somewhere over the rainbow

Okay, something is funky with the drop system, in the last two weeks, I've dropped a Sight for Sore Eyes, A Teddy Roosebelt, and a random hat for the Sniper. This is after a year of no 'big' drops.

I'm getting a lot of shit, but no hats.

Collected doubledrop yesterday, never occured to me before (other than ARG items).
