What if the Junk items were teasers for all of the major aspects of the TF2012 updates and not just the Pyromania update/Poopy Joe Doomsday mode?
I did hear Ronin say that the capacitor may be a teaser for the update down the line...

actually, with doomsday being a thing, that theory isn't great, but there's plenty of stuff in the poopy joe files that could be important other than just being backstory (the australium, in particular)
