I don't know what you're all complaining about. The release of Source Film Maker (even if it is a closed beta) and Meet the Pyro made it impossible for this update to disappoint me.

I like how more people will be playing scout and sniper than pyro, now.

I don't know how anyone can defend Valve at this point. They have 12-15 people dedicated to TF2, and these people get paid--to release a video a year or more old, reskins, and six real weapons. AFTER MORE THAN SIX MONTHS. What are they getting paid for? Blind optimism in reconciliation for incompetence and indolence is equally childish. I'd rather pay cash for updates if this is the sort of crap we can see from now on with their current free model.

It's decent. Meet the Medic had a better video and better items, but Meet the Pyro has cooler ideas and a new gamemode. I prefer the Uber Update to this (unless they toss in TOBOR or Grordbort or some other magnificent suprise), but I feel like this one will be better for the long-term (new game mode, etc.)

Agro from Kritzkast is in for a shock when he does the next episode thats for sure. He got so excited that pyro got a tweak to the Detonator and 3 christmas weapons. Now he gets 1 new weapon for an update on a class he mains.

the uber update easily dwarfs pyromania. source filmmaker is the only thing that really sets it apart, I guess.
