I don't care what you say but I love this hat

The short circuit. 'Oh, it's so useless! What's wrong with you?!'
It's really fun to use in MvM, though.
I just love how it looks
looks even better if you take the snipers sunglasses off

Holy shit Scout.

Oh wow that really looks like the Scout.
the sunglasses are like an icon for the sniper take them away and he just looks really different
Nuts n Bolts effect. Looks good, and its fairly subtle too.
Not owning an unusual hat.
As much as I kind of envy those who do, the fact that people don't swarm me with trade invites, I'm not a walking snoipeh magnet, and not developing some kind of a complex about it are pretty good upsides.

Well, I'll tell you some things:
I own one, single (and very awesome) unusual for my medic, a blizzardy storm medic's mountain cap. Now, as a counter to what you said:
1. I've gotten one trade invite so far, possibly because it's not the greatest unusual. But I took it as a rude compliment, if you know what I mean.
2. As a medic I'm a pretty big sniper target anyways, but as other classes I can kinda see what you mean, but really it's not a big deal. You should be good enough to be a sniper target anyways.
3. If you're not an idiot you won't develop a complex. My brother did :v: he got an unusual for his engie once and refused to play any other class.
I don't care to much about owning one.
I just want to uncrate one for once. Just to see how it feels.
I've had TF2 since '08. I've never had an unusual in my grasp. :v:
I got one a few weeks ago and honestly, it's not that special. You should go for hats you like/combos you like, not expensive ones.
I have two and I'm working on getting a third. I quite like them, but I choose ones I like, not expensive ones.
Also, they don't make you as much of a sniper magnet as you'd think. They make you much more of a scammer magnet than a sniper one, to be honest.

Oh I've had one and would raffle off the one I unbox but I just want to finally unbox one.
The Geisha Boy imo is hilarious, it's the ultimate in humiliation. YOU JUST GOT KILLED BY A CROSS-DRESSING SUPPORT CLASS. GOOD WORK.
Beggar's bazooka is always fun as hell.

Nothing quite beats the feeling of accidentally blowing up a spy behind you with a misfire

I uncrated one once, it felt kinda awesome. Twas a Bubbles Charmer's Chapeau. But in the end, like someone else said, it's really not all that special. (I traded mine away to give a pyro unusual to NateDude :v: )
On topic, Vintages. A lot of people seem to diss them since the (honestly) don't do anything. I like having the blue text though, I don't know why. I've started collecting vintage weapons.

Some Vintages are absolutely amazing though.
For Instance, I'll never get rid of my Vintage Sandvich
The fact that the price of christmas items is going up. Because I dropped a Bootie Time last week.
I think Indubitably Green is a much better paint than The Bitter Taste of Defeat and Lime.

Can't agree hard enough

Especially when painted with Team Spirit, Value of Teamwork, or white / black.

Best all class misc imo
Fully stock pyro feels as wonderful as a chinchilla. Also I never got why more people don't wear the head full of steam, it looks great with the whiskered gentleman imho.

Almost forgot about the Lucky Shot

The fact that it's a pillar with a rocket through it is rather off-putting. The Lucky Shot's pretty good, though.

My soldier loadout used to be a brown All-Father with a Head Full of Steam.
But now it's the cockswain beard and a robot hat with damaged style.
Sometimes, if I'm doing really well and I'm top of the board/my team, I change to Sniper, even though I can't sniper for shit, and pretend I've been Sniper the whole time.
Then I just piss around and don't do anything while I wait for everyone else to eventually change to Sniper.
Subtle, modest hats/miscs. More specifically the Grenadier's Softcap, Salty Dog, Attendant, Little Buddy, Tam O'Shanter, Pilotka, Gentleman's Gatsby, German Gonzila, Medic's Mountain Cap, L'Inspecteur, Proof of Purchase and Couvre Corner.
Also the Massed Flies effect.

He's talking about the Foundry Hat.

I always get obsessed over massed flies then when I finally get one I'm like "eh" and then I don't want it anymore
