I think what ^2 does differently than ^3 is that ^3 goes until the next command, whereas ^2 overrides everything until the end of the name string.

It only works for voice commands, not actual chat. Your name will be entirely white unless you use voice commands.

I actually changed my name and said I was an employee from VALVe, and the admin on the server granted me godmode and noclip if I gave him a hat in return. When i spawnraped his spawn, he begged me to stop.
