I wish we were allowed to post the back to reddit poster
Why do people like Venture Bros so much, I've never seen this many people pushing for it before.
Edit:
I bet their writers type properly
Venture Bros is a joy, if you haven't seen it already.
Basically, take all facets of "ADVENTURE!" media; primarily comic books and Johnny Quest.
Then mash it all together with tons of tongue-in-cheek humor and great voice talent and you've got Venture Bros.
Some people despise them and some people adore them.
I adore them because they're hilarious and fucking perfect, I mean a minion scout? Oh god dude.
The carl-heavy isn't good, but the OVERWHELMING hate for it is kind of ridiculous.
And the number of people crying about the art style need to just stop, nothing's changed. They added items that you don't like, boo-hoo, "art style's ruined".
Hate to pick up this turd of an argument but I'm getting the heavy shirt for the exact same reason that it's shit: It messes with gameplay.
This time it's not about the theme, style or the quality of the item; it's because I truly believe that it makes the heavy less readable.
He had an extremely specific colour scheme and they've gone and modified the most central and important aspect of it. White was always medic's thing, this massive white shirt will help me in competitive play if I want to blur the medic's white labcoat or bait enemies.
It has downsides though such as higher visibility in dark areas but with my 300HP that is less of a concern.
Also unlike a hat it's huge and in the center of mass.
to buy?
eecchh
that fucking white shirt on heavy
fucking white on the body of a class why
Watch it be paintable.

Why don't you go animate and write a show, and see which of the two that gets the most attention and laughs.
i think this is an excellent partnership
and my guess is that these new outfits are just a "series 1" of sorts, with more coming

"wtf this kills you now???"
Wait, there weren't always taunt-kills in the game?
I honestly never knew.

The Heavy's was the first one, as Medic never got one until years later.
His fists used to have a boxing glove kill icon too.

Pyro, silly.

A Heavy Update came after the Pyro Update. My memory of dates is skewed. It was such a long time ago.
[editline]20th December 2012[/editline]
Where does the time go?
Pyro's Hadouken was given kill status first, then heavy's taunt, and then started the tradition of making really dumb taunts for unlockables that are basically just special attacks and not taunting in any way.

Of the killtaunts, only Showdown, Haudoken, and Fencing are based on actual taunts, the rest are intended to be killtaunts.
At least the Frontier Justice plays around and makes it actually a taunt that happens to kill instead of just being a delayed instakill attack with no taunt merit to it.
Really want that Dr. Rockso set. Anyone got one for trade?

How old are you? Do you know what an art style is?
to be fair, ATHF is centered around being able to recycle animations as much as possible. They even make jokes about it all the time, such as Meatwad only being able to turn into an igloo and hot dog. It's probably just so they can maximize the time they spend writing, which is totally acceptable imo.
Plus anime was also based on making the easiest animation ever and people love that shit.
Since we're at it, what we really need is a Dr. Weird & Steve Heavy & Medic Combo and a Phil Ken Sebben Spy.

Or Demoman with 2 eyepatches.
I see this is a VERY polarizing update, huh?
I don't get it, Nitro.
