Not sure if the bot is receiving high trade traffic or if it's stuck, but every trade request over the past several hours has been:
You cannot request a new trade while you are still in another trade session.

The restriction is temporary. I've converted the scrapbot into an entire service, utilizing multiple bots and a website. Once that's done, you can continue to use the scrapbot, but there will also be more features.
