Looking at that I've realized the scout has a very long face. As stated before it looks very low poly.
The Punk Headband would be the best Scout hat if it made it in.

It'd be nice to see more color on the texture. Right now most of the gun is one colour, with accents and details in another color. Try making the barrels or the body or some major area darker?

Nah... that wouldn't fit the soldier i guess.
and about the gun, i guess you should have made it like one of those smaller bombs instead of the fatman, those with a longer body, yet still roundy on the edges and has the same tail. But whatever, still looks great.
And you should also release the other rocket launcher, it may not fit the theme, but still awesome.
It's a good looking and funny hat, but it really doesn't fit TF2 and the scout.
I mean the bandana + hair thingy
