I wanna actually try modeling something in 3DS, but everything I make has 4 sided polys. I'm not used to that, are they better?

Just posting the latest progress on the model from May 1st, maybe somebody else can give it a go. Why don't you learn and texture then compile it ? You got the model done and all, it's not that hard.

With the popularity of the emporium, I highly doubt we'll ever get an emporium with a shit load of mods, these things are going through about one a week now. Though it doesn't help when people post their mods that they don't intend to release.

The metal wrapping around the base is still pretty unfinished, and the wood is too thick. I doubt it'll be finished, so meh.
Oh hey there Emporium. I took the suggestions from when I posted FrankenHUD in the old thread, here's where it stands now layout-wise IN GIF-O-VISION. These shots are also in sv_pure mode, so that TF-style healthbar won't distract you. [IMG]http://i47.tinypic.com/24zj1wx.gif[/IMG] Some things need tightening like the positioning of the HEADS counter, but all in all it's lookin' pretty swish. As for the TargetID suggestions... I gave 'em a try, but couldn't get the positioning of the health bar as suggested. Well, I [i]could[/i], but the other side of the box would cut-off abruptly and I couldn't really do anything about it. :( [IMG]http://i46.tinypic.com/2u7yq3a.jpg[/IMG] This is what I put together thus far. Perhaps a little too big? Probably needs some roadtesting in real servers.

What makes you think it'd be for the Scout? Heh heh heh... Only an Engineer could combine two double barrel shotguns and have the foresight to allow for maximum buckshot spread by sawing two out of four barrels at a 45 degree angle and add a grip for stablization as well as a one trigger quad-hammer system. I might remove the round thing near the ends of the barrels, because originally I was going to have some elaborate reloading system that the Engineer would have had created to make this a pump action. The more I thought about it, the dumber that it sounded.

One thing, though: Maybe rotate some patches so they're right-side up? Some look fine how they are, but a few could benefit from rotation (First Blood, I'm Bat Man, Weenie Roast, A Year to Remember). Or not. It's your call.
I could try... but there's a problem with that. The patches are all straight up on the texture, but because of the rotation of the patches when I was placing them, they're all rotated wrong.
