I feel bad for giving only a Dirty hat, but since I'm F2P I don't have 300 fancy slots to have more, and it was the only hat I was not using extensively. Hopefully the fact that it's all-class will make up for it.

Insisting all the hats have to be craftable almost feels like insisting that raffle prizes include reciepts

It just seems to me that people are entering with uncraftables to get rid of them, which really isn't the spirit of the thing at all. I think maybe bundling the uncraftables together in some way as a prize may be the best way to do it. Maybe two or three uncraftables of your choice as a prize or all of them as one.

Make them as an additional prize, each get to pick a combo of an uncraft + craft as prizes from the raffle

I'll count the amount of uncraft hats I get, the people from #2 to the number of uncraft hats will get 1 normal hat and 1 uncraft.
